There are also multiple free apps available including Pluto, Tubi, YouTube, ABC, NBC etc.... Loveseat and single recliners. A pullout queen bed is also available. The 2nd floor has a full bath with 2 sinks. The spare room has a built-in closet and ceiling fanThe second bedroom has a full-size bed and an office desk and chair. It also has a smart TV with Roku. A sliding glass door leads to the stairs and a large rooftop open air lounge. The rooftop lounge offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and peak a boo views of the ocean and islands. Ricker cushion patio set, lounge chairs. You can listen to seals barking and waves breaking.An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.Many of our neighbors use the garage or driveway as an outdoor patio.
